Had this on my car for about 10K miles before swapping out.

Bought this brand new from GM. It still had the orange check valve when I took it off the car but just put a brand new V2 PCV mod on it.

The manifold is ported as well as a plugged vacuum line for the "Bypass the Bypass" blowoff valve mod.

Sorry for the delayed response. I bought this when my original manifold PCV failed. I didnt have time to do the mod at the time. I finally modded my original manifold finally and swapped them again. This one was only on the car for maybe 10K miles.
