Salvage sonic won’t start

Hi guys!! I recently bought a 2013 sonic 1.5 manual with only 70k on the ticker that got in a minor deer wreck, I payed only 500$ for it in great shape other than the above damage. it will be my 5th rebuild. I’m not a Chevy guy I’m new to these cars. When I got the car home I hooked it up to a trickle charger charged it up. All assories work except it acts like you don’t have your froot in the clutch and won’t turn over. I’ve dug around and found a blow #9 fuse labeled “start”, replaced and no luck. One of the pcm harnesses was loose so I took all of them off and inspected them, there is no security light but there is a steering wheel with an exclamation mark. Any help would be appreciated!!!

Also we tried to pop start the car by towing it behind a truck cause I’m a hick like that, turned over like it normally would but no luck actually starting

Not completely sure about this. But I believe the engine will not start with the hood open which has a "hood open" switch.
No hood in your case. . . . no closed switch. Find wire where the switch was in the hood latch area, cheat it out and try it?
And/or the start/crank relay #5 in the under hood fuse box?

I’ve never heard of a car not starting with the hood open and I find that hard to believe... I’ll try to jump that relay tonight but I’m wondering if there is a emergency shut off from the accident

Yeah. . . I said the hood switch wasn't a for sure. I must have been thinking about the remote start not working with the hood open or switch wonky. But the relay #5 and who knows what else may have been set off in the crash and locked out.
