Fuse locations for MyLink and Infotainment

Where are the fuses for 1) MyLink radio and 2) Infotainment? I looked in the owners manual: nothing labeled in the fuse panel diagrams for these. Could they be inline fuses? Where can I find the answer?

Equinox and Cruze fuse panel diagrams show location for both 1) radio and 2) Infotainment system. But nada for 2015 Sonic.

MyLinks touchscreen doesn't work and I wanted to remove fuses, check them, and replace them -- as possible fix. See details of problem below.

Background: I bought a 2015 Sonic Hatchback from a Chevy dealer one month ago. MyLink screen worked when I did the test drive, but only shows MyLink logo since then (20 seconds of MyLink Logo, then 5 seconds blank/black, and then repeats). I've tried a couple of suggested reset fixes: 1. disconnect battery, and 2. various versions of leaving the door open and locking/unlocking.

Another factor: I've only driven old cars previously that had nothing like MyLink or Infotainment. So, it's possible there is something really basic that the average person would know to do, that I'm missing. But I've googled a lot, watched youtube videos, read the owners manual. I don't think it's me being dumb.

Hi there! I too have run into this issue with the Infotainment system (touch screen) on my 2014 Sonic LT and like you have also tried a few simple steps to troubleshoot it. Mine, like yours is not responding to touch. All functionality seems to be working otherwise (displays radio station and all radial buttons and can toggle back and forth between the "home" menu and the "Audio" with ease.

I have resorted to doing my best to control the radio from the steering wheel but there are many functions I simply cannot access without the touch screen.

Step #1 Clean the screen! A few of the videos I found others had posted regarding this issue were relatively simple fixes involving Windex and a microfiber or paper cloth.

Step #2 - Reset/reboot the system.
From what I was able to find (very little on the internet regarding this and no mention of how to in the owner's manual)
First - Turn vehicle off and open the driver's side door.
Second - Close the driver's side door and wait for 5 minutes
Third - turn car back on

* There is another way to accomplish this through the use of your OnStar system if your vehicle is equipped with that. Click the white Onstar button (picture of guy in chair) and after voice says "Onstar Ready" press that same button again. Audio system will stay on but reset.

There were a few varying ideas on how to accomplish the reboot/restart of the system but this one seemed to work best.

Since that did not work, I located the fuse panel inside the car next to the driver's left knee and removed and checked the fuse in position 18 (15 watt fuse) marked "Audio" in the owner's manual. This turned the screen completely off and when replaced turned the system back on again. Refer to the fuse box diagram in the link below:

Unfortunately, these troubleshooting steps did not resolve the problem so I fear I have no choice but to bring it into the Chevy dealership to replace the unit. Really hoping someone else with the Infotainment system can chime in here and help us with another possible solution. I'll give this 30 days and then schedule an appointment. TIA!
