Great idea for a thread/discussion.
With all your mods plus exhaust I'd estimate 160-170hp/180-190tq at the wheels.
The single most effective power gain comes from the tune. The second is better flowing exhaust. But there is more to power rating than just peak numbers. That why a dyno graph becomes the most informative.
Example: while a full turbo-back exhaust may gain you 8-12 hp at peak, a big benefit is that it allows your power curve to reach toward your peak power in a shorter amount of time.... The turbo will spool faster, RPMs will climb faster, and you will be in max power range sooner.
I wish I could give a gain number to associate with each mod, but the variables make it difficult without a pre and post mod dyno. Also the numbers would change pre and post tune.
As of now it seems that a 1.4T with ALL the bolt ons (there are only so many) and a full tune is capable of ~180whp/220wtq
I suspect that the third most effective power mod may be charge piping, and would love to see real dyno test data on the subject.
