Location of AC drain hose

Mine was clogged (though I think I am having another leak on top of it). It took me a little while to find it so I thought I would add a picture of where it is here in case anyone else is looking for it:

Here it is under the car. It is located behind the front suspension in the exhaust tunnel. If you find the catalytic converter, it is right near that on the passenger side of the tunnel.

And here it is when looking at the inside of the car:

And from the outside, if you follow the two blue arrows to where they intersect underneath the car:

A/C Drainage Hose: Oh, the memories!

Real quick, I have to tell you a funny story.

Years ago I think in 1975, my Dad and I took a trip to south Florida. We rented a new AMC Pacer (pictured) and took a drive down the Bee Line Expressway.

Anyone familiar with this highway knows it is absolutely straight without turns. It was a hot and muggy summer day and I was driving while my Dad slept in the passenger seat. We had the A/C on and after a few hours, we came up to a left bend in the road. "WHOOSH!!" My Dad screamed as ice-cold water dumped all over his feet! The A/C drainage hose was plugged-up and water had collected in the A/C/Heater core case! We were very surprised on how much water that thing could hold! We finally unplugged it with a wire from a hanger. I haven't thought about it in years until I read this post!
