pending p0109

so when I started up my sonic to drive home tonight, I got a pending p0109, Manifold Absolute Pressure Circuit Intermittent ,Sensors.

im guessing that this could have been causing my previous performance issues (not pulling 100% engine load and low boost numbers) but I have never seen this code before.

would this mean that I need a new MAP sensor, or maybe my wiring is messed up? i'll check the plug tomorrow for dirt or loose wires, but I don't think that will be the issue.

does anyone know what should I be checking as far as voltages and resistance on the map sensor?

pretty sure It was just a loose connection, because after disconnecting the map sensor then reconnecting it, it hasn't come back.

did it feel loose?. Make sure your intake tubing is secure and not torn too while you're at it...

but good that it's gone!
