Next question will be are members willing to put down a small ($100 or so) downpayment to show their true interest... Non refundable if they cancel, only way it would be refunded is IF we did not complete the project for whatever reason. No other exception.

From what we have noticed on turbo 4 cyl applications is even after hard boost levels, the intake manifold is still cool the touch.

Ceramic coating would trap any heat build up, which would not be a good choice.

We run our manifolds on 500+ HP 4cyl cobalts/cavaliers/etc, with no issues.

Choice would be bare aluminum (mill quality, not considered polished) and choice of powder coat color for a small upcharge.

Basically review our other manifolds and the option in color/bare will be the same.

Looks like 3 are ready for down payment, we need at least 8 willing to do this (which will be required to get these going) so yes we will be requiring this. A project like this takes 100's of design hours, we must make sure our time is spent correctly.

I'm going to to pick up the trans mount and the ZZP mid pipe in a couple of weeks and try and control myself after that!lol Your "How much have you spent" thread made me kind of sad....... Eibach's might be on deck a couple of months after that though.

It should only take a day through Ups to get there. Just shoot me your address whenever your ready. Ill ship it and let you know how much it costed. I dont see it costing more than 8-9bucks

Yeah, I'm up there but you're right, a few people have dropped a good deal more than me.
Other than my house and cars I will be debt free when I get back, the last thing I want to do is "go crazy" when I get back! I shouldn't be much more than a month or two after getting back that I have saved up the cash for the springs, then I'm looking at the 3D Carbon front valence and maybe a down pipe.

But.... back on topic!! I wish I was ready to do this manifold. I'm sure TTR will give us a great product.

Hopefully they will, we still need 4 more. Maybe boosted snail will opt for one, but idk who else. Like you said therenare other mods for most people to yield the 10 extra hp rather than a 500+ mani. I will stay optimistic.

Side note: upon installing my midpipe i now have more rasp than before with the dp and zzp catback. Im hoping it settles down a bit
