Definitely will have to upgrade the stock injectors to the 42# just to run on regular fuel because of the added airflow. The stock injectors will most likely go static pretty early and chances are we may need to go to 60# injectors to run E85. I most likely will be wrong in this statement but, we won't know till MPfab starts the testing phase.

You should be fine on 93 with the 42# injectors. I'm only theorizing what will happen when we get a bigger turbo since 20lbs of boost from from stock will might end up being a tune set to 12psi on the new upgrade.

I'm throwing in the towel for tonight. Fridays are always hectic, and I didn't get a chance to really work on the Sonic until after 5.
I'm pooped!

All that's left is BOV, down pipe, adding coolant, and bleeding the system.
Hopefully by the end of the weekend, I'll be doing 2gear burnouts.

This thing kicked my butt! I wasted so much time and material this afternoon trying to get this right. I left, went out to eat with the fam and came back around 9pm. 15 min later I had a "eureka" moment. Thank God! Was starting to doubt my choice of occupation.

I cranked it up last night to check for leaks, but have yet to install/plumb the bpv. So i didn't drive it home.
I really wish this turbo had an integrated bpv one like stock.
Because I'm still 100% on the MAF, I'll need to recirculate the valve into the intake. Because of the layout, I'm afraid it going to be hard to do that and it be "clean".
Hope to have it completed today.

I've been following this. Exciting stuff. I have many questions about logistics but I'd just rather watch it unfold.

One question that burning in my mind is: Can't you run a full MAF tune with a BOV if you dial it in?

The other question need not be asked, and that involves the stock m32.
