Currently only Chevy Sonic 1.4 LTZ is available in Malaysia

Chevrolet Sercive Centres in Malaysia is not up to standards but we have no choice due to warranty reasons

Many (but not all) Chevrolet service centers in Malaysia do not use the proper Dexos1 approved engine oils

Many (but not all) Chevrolet service centers in Malaysia do not use the proper viscosity 5W-30 engine oils

Many (but not all) Chevrolet service centers in Malaysia do not know what type of NGK or other brands of Sparkplugs that is compatible with our Sonics here. they only know to reorder the standard stocked sparkplugs from GM, nothing else.

Chevrolet Malaysia do not even offer any accessories for our Sonics here.

We the customer/owner know more about our Sonic than the dealerhip salesman or mechanic.

There are many problems faced by Chevrolet vehicle owners in Malaysia yet no proper action has been made.

as a whole, Chevrolet owners have requested an official meet up with Chevrolet Malaysia but no reply given by Chevrolet Malaysia

Therefore, Chevrolet is facing reputation issue that many Malaysian Chevrolet owners eventually sell off their cars while potential buyers run away.
