what did you do to your Sonic today?

Finally had a day off and with nice enough weather to get my headers and engine mount on. Even modded the heat shield to fit over the new headers so it looks stockunless you notice the o2 sensor is no longer in its home.
Where did you get headers?

I went for the zzp one since I already had mid pipe and cat back from them. No sense in going for bnr one for twice the cash since i already had a mid pipe. Will say the sound is perfect now and I am now driving a nascar again with the super fun vibes from mount till it breaks in.

Carbon Fiber Bow Ties
Installed the black carbon fiber bow ties I got from GrafxWerks. The front one is a little misaligned, but you can't tell unless you're only an inch away from the car.

Installed zzp header, midpipe and catback exhaust on gf sonic. She now has a bumblebee too
Waiting for trifecta tune from BNR, and k&n typhoon intake on backorder from zzp.
Not worried though, she will never outrun my little 1.4 bumblebee

My Sonic (LTZ) is due this weekend.. so blew almost a grand on:
ZZP Cat back, with Highflow Second cat, with muffler.
DDM Works blue coolant hoses.
DDM Works Stainless Coil Cover (Planing to remove DDMworks logo, and do a Sonic & Bowtie Graphic.)
DDM Works Cold Air Intake with blue hose, stainless pipe, upgraded air filter.
And thats all she will get this year. Good Lord... the money I've spent this week.

My wife rear ended someone on her way to pick me up. Sad banana. First accident ever for her and first on the sonic.
Oh man... sorry to see that! Front grill, and no other damage I hope... 'cause that's an easy replacement.

Bov exhausts your intake pressure into the atmosphere when you reduce throttle to prevent counter spin in the turbo from back pressure.
Bpv vents it back into the intake before the turbo.
Bov currently requires a trifecta tune with ECP and is therefore harder to build your own tunes for.
The ecu calculates how much air has passed the MAF and the bpv keeps those readings accurate, bov will make air disappear and so the tune runs rich

HEY! please keep me posted if that works! Man **** drives me nuts!I replaced my plugs today. I went from the stock iridiums, which were all gapped at .026" except for one lone .025"er, to these Autolite XP3923 iridiums gapped at .028". We'll see if it makes any difference in idle smoothness or economy.
