It don't work that way, but from what people have said that the tune does not add to the counter, and is transparent. So you can take the tune off and take into t he dealer, when all is done, reinstall the tune [emoji1]

Yup! Exactly this. You simply flash the ECM/TCM with our calibration. Write counter never goes up from stock, CVN entries remain factory generated as if it was done by a GM tool, and check-sums are all stock as well.

You can go back to stock at any time

It says this tune doesn't support aftermarket parts?? Is this replacing all prior 1.8l tunes? Just curious because I have always received support for my after market parts..

Since this Advantage only tune, does Trifecta plan to offer exhaust and intake tunes?

I am really only looking for an exhaust upgrade. Are the torque tables left wide open so when you do add upgrades... the ECM can adjust and provide improvements based on changes to flow rate and air/fuel ratio?

With my car I don't hear the exhaust at all. I hear the engine more. I have the Intake and a muffler swap done.

Is there power in just a muffler swap? There isn't really in most cars, but this one may be extremely restricted.

Not too sure, haven't had it dyno'd yet, but it's negligible to say the least. It is open a lot more then stock.

The update will apply to both

The AT got a little more attention simply because of the special TCM calibrating we had to do.

Yes, we can individualize the calibration if it is required. The airflow and other tables are already optimized to take advantage of a freer flowing exhaust, or an intake.

However, we will have an update about this particular mod real soon. It will be shared on facebook.

I know that most ECM tuning is for power but how does this tune affect MPG. Also i see you say that it has a select a tune function. Does this mean you include different tunes I.E. power, eco, touring, stock. or how does this work?
