  • On top of that, one can will do one will and if you like it leave it and pick up 3 more cans and finish the other three. I think I would either buy the painted mirror caps of have them painted, it will match the paint of the car better.
My bow tie's are done. It was pretty easy, just tape it off with blue painters tape. Tape down news paper around that for over spray and go to town. Spray light coats, it will look like orange peel but it will smooth out a decent amount (but not perfectly flat, it's a plastic spray, it does look great though.). After about 5 minutes or so, dont' wait to long as it will harden, pull the paper and then the taped outline. Go slow, if it pulls up a little you can usually gently press it back down. I waited a little to long on the front so there was a jagged spot or two and it pilled up a little bit in one spot but like above, it's not a huge deal and if you mess it up, let it sit a little longer and start over.

I plan on maybe doing my stock 15's in black and silver flake metalizer, the chrome trim on the back might get a coat of black to see if I like it and possibly the chrome trim ont he side windows. Let me know if you need any other questions answered.
