Wheel bearing busted. Had a shade tree mechanic replace it and the abs sensor. The traction control and abs lights stay on now. Could it be a bad sensor or something else?

I have a 2012 sonic, 6 speed, 1.4 turbo with a blown engine. Will a 1.4 turbo out of a 2012 cruze with an automatic trans interchange? Does the transmission type matter?
