Yeah, just use a flat head and EXTREMELY CAREFULLY pry the outer housing off, it wont come all the way off, but it will hang low enough for you to pry off the white plastic light housing and get to the lights. i belive there were 8 snap spots, 2 on each side and 1 on each end.
