Vibration when up shifting and down shifting

Hello I have a 2016 sonic LT automatic transmission. It started as an occasional vibration somewhere behind the dashboard. Now it's to the point where it's almost constant. It doesn't matter if I'm in park or in gear the only thing that quiets it down is if I put it in neutral. I changed spark plugs and changed oil but didn't help at all.
I'm not sure what to check next. All suggestions are appreciated, thank you

It is your motor mounts. Even though they will appear completely normal, apparently the rubber gets stiff & increasingly transmits the engine vibration. I found a full 3 part kit on Ebay for only about $80 (can't remember exactly). I have the same model & yr hatchback. It only took me a few hours to change all 3 mounts. Exactly same symptoms as you described.
