Plugged a 16GB USB drive into my new 2020 Sonic. The infotainment system didn't recognize it. Plugged in my old 8GB USB drive and it did recognize it. Same brand of USB drive, same type, just different capacities. Doesn't seem like anyone really knows what the capacity limit is. Just wondering...

Well, my 2014 Sonic got totaled in a crash, so I bought a new 2020. My 8GB USB drive connects readily to it although I have to add some playlists. But when I tried a 16GB USB drive (same brand of drive), the infotainment system didn't recognize it. Anyone know what the capacity of the USB port is?

So is it true that MyLink doesn't recognize playlists on a USB drive? I tried creating an M3U playlist but it didn't "see" it. So I had to go back and number all the tracks in one list so that they'd play in the desired order.
