I just bought a 2012 LT hatchback last night and my volume won't go beyond 12 on the radio. I have gone through all of the settings and pulled the audio fuse but no luck yet. Anyone have any idea what is wrong?

Just bought my 2012 hatchback last night. Have a few questions so I'm trying to get my 10 posts ASAP. This is my first "new" car and I bought it on my own. It's a big change from my 98 civic hatch. Definitely already planning on doing a few mods and cosmetic changes.
