heres a dumb question....is the wastegate on the 1.4 internal or external?

Does anyone know how to bypass the stock solenoid valve so I can hook up my 2 hoses from the wastegate and intake manifold to my boost gauge. Every time I do I throw a check engine light. Any help is welcome. Very frustrated!!!

Just had my methanol kit installed. Need to find out which nozzle is best to use. Also trying to get ahold of Bad News racing for my retune. Man they are hard to reach.

im selling my turbo tech solid motor mount (in black).......has only been one a couple of days.......i'm a commuter, so the vibration is a bit much for me all though i do like the meatier sound and more solid shifts i got.....there is absolutely nothing wrong with it. it just wasnt for me...
