So you undo nut remove nut. Lift up long narrowing section of wiper arm with one hand at same time push down on spring end of wiper arm and at same time pulling up up that spring end of wiper arm ?

Where does this bumperstop belong with regards to my sunroof. I found it in the front track when I opened the sunroof . I Don't know if I knock it out of its place and can not see where it goes.
