Does the touch screen radio with the volume knob work in a 2013 with a tech 2 program?

Installed it a week ago. Lowers car a bit. Ride is a tad better than stock and handels just a bit better. The handling still sucks, way to much sway like a water bed. But still better than stock and a worth it upgrade.

Just change this to a Dorman. The livot went bad. Anyplace buy these old GM turbos?
