I've noticed as soon as i start my car the cooling fans immediately start running and they don't shut off, the car obviously isn't hot and i don't have ac or heat turned on but they still come on, i have a code for thermostat open would this cause them to come on or is it something else causing...

My shift knob is falling apart and id like to change it to something else but i know its not a screw on but ive heard it possible to change them,how hard is it to get the stock one off?

Looking to upgrade the stereo in my 2012 sonic to something better than the stock stereo ideally something with bluetooth so I don't need an aux cord anymore, Im new to changing stereo and there's so many options online I don't know what to buy lol, anyone have recommendations? preferably not...
