Are these engines prone to sludge buildup? Had a local mechanic tell me to change oil at 3000 miles because he seen several with a lot of buildup in them. If that's what it takes to prevent it I have no problem with it but always kinda figured 5000 was safe on synthetic oils. He knows I do my...
