Yesterday was wiping them down (mud) and noticed the actualy rubber wiper is "stupid easy" to remove from the frame. One endcap (top/inner) holds the blade in and is attached to the rubber wiper. If you press the clip on this end cap it will remove the rubber wiper (slides in out easily)...
