I'm wondering why the Cruze ECO is rated at 42mpg vs the Sonic's 40mpg. The Sonic is 300lbs lighter. Do the active grill shutters and light weight wheels make that much of a difference? I have been disappointed in my Sonic's mpg thus far at 2500 miles and I'm hoping it will improve.
