also a dinner prick
Guess I should probably try to keep everything in one spot so its easier to keep track of, for me at least.
Purchased the car 2-29-12 needing a car in a pinch and "settling" for what was on the lot, in my budget, and close to what I wanted. I ended up with a 1LT with a 1.8L and the conectivity package. I did not do much but drive the piss out of it for the first 6 months. Drove a lot for work.
Before I even took it home.
Some time during the summer the gold bowties became to irritating to keep looking at. Used some 3M vinyl I had laying around from wraping the roof on my 98 Z24. Not sure what happened to the picture of the rear bow tie. GM "splash guards" were also installed.
Short time latter a local member had some LTZ wheels for sale (Thanks zippypcs)
Decided a place for my sunglasses would help as well.
In the fall I deceded to spend some more money on the car. SLP cat back, DDM/Solo delete pipe, and Trifecta tune were all ordered within a week or so.
Winter time was approaching so some appropriate shoes were in order. Steel wheels and Firestone Winterforce tires were ordered.
Spring time arrived and it was time for more changes. First on the list were lowering coils and an intake.
Erics favorite intake..
After a very tough wait I also aquired one of these.
It was propmtly dropped off with QC Coatings within 1.5 hours of opening the package. A week later it looked like this.
within an hour of picking it up from QC I had this to look at.
Shortly I will be ordering some more pieces to properly take care of the exhaust issues I am having. I do not like some noises it makes and those will be addressed.
