14 RS in DE and PA region

I recently purchased a 14' Ashen Gray Sonic RS 6spd manual. So far I have a little over 2k miles on it. I bought it as a commuter to save on gas since I drive over 100 miles each day. So far with hand calculating it i am averaging about 34-36 mpg per tank of gas which is almost double my previous vehicle

I was looking for a car that would be economical but yet still fun to drive for my long commute. Also the after market support on these cars is surprisingly big.

This is my first turbo car after having a gt mustang, z28 camaro, and ws6 trans am. I am looking forward to learning more about the whole turbo system for these cars on this site. so far it is a good balance between economical and fun to drive which is what sold me after the test ride.

So far i have blacked out the bow ties and de-badged it for a nice clean look. Tomorrow i am looking to get quotes on 5% tint all the way around.

We just got our Sonic over the weekend, but right now, the display says it's only getting 19 mpg....a little disappointing, but I guess we'll give it some time to see. It only has a little over 100 miles on it. Hoping that will improve! Congrats!
