I was at a birthday party Sunday on Stephens near Hayes in Warren. My black hatch was parked in the street on Stephens. I saw one black hatch (LTZ?) with chrome over the license plate head south on Hayes and about an hour or 2 later, another black hatch going north on Hayes. Hayes jogs slightly at Stephens. Different car because the chrome was missing. All between 1 and 4pm. Anyone on here?
