I know the car looks filthy..
It's a 2013 1.8L automatic the button on the gear shift always sticks (because the bottom of the button breaks off. The button breaks because the shifter button void is too tight). So I made a video of my solution.
If you just replace the button after breakage it'll prob break again unless you cut the rubber bit shown in the vid.
Could be due to inconsistent manufacturing tolerances so YMMV
