2014 Mylink turning on by itself.

So my 2 week old Sonic LTz mylink is turning on by ghost.

The front touch buttons are funky as well. this just started a few hours ago. right now the home button will turn the radio on and off. the power button does nothing, the volume down does nothing and the volume up will turn the unit on and off.

All of this is without the key in the car.

I went to settings and set the radio back to factory spec but it did nothing but delete my presets and drop my phone pairing.

Anyone experienced this?

hmmmm no, but if you can, undo the positive battery cable for 5 minutes, then reattach, does a cold reboot help?

Unhooked negative (always unhook - first) 30 seconds, seems to have fixed it for now.

Is this common?

This is mistake of software. Please contact with dealer and they should make update on software in your My Link.
