2018-2019 Radio issues

Is anyone having issues with the radio in a 2018 or 2019 model? (IOR Radio)I'm currently having 2 problems. Probably 10 times in the last 3 months I've gotten the Black screen of death while driving. It lasts anywhere from 30 seconds to 5 minutes. The unit is completely dead, no display, no sound and the OnStar light goes red and does not function. The second issue deals with bluetooth. I bought the car in April and everything worked normally. About the 10th of December I could only have 1 bluetooth item work at a time. (Google can't be reached at this time) If I wanted to use Hands Free phone I had to turn off Waze or my bluetooth music. I can't run any combination unless I am tethered and run it through Android Auto. Then the I can use everything normally. The vehicle has had 3 radio updates since I bought it. Chevrolet is aware of the Black screen issue but don't have a fix yet. They blame Google for the bluetooth issues and can't offer any suggestions. Anyone else have any ideas?

I got a black screen the other day while headed to work. It is just as you described but only lasted 15 seconds or so. I assume just long enough to reboot. 2019 LT RS.

My 2012 Cruze LTZ RS navigation radio had the black screen of death issue you described. The fix for it was the grounding cable. Maybe this is a similar issue?

Well the Black screen of death still occurs, but not as often. Happened just before my last oil change. Of course there were no codes and the radio had the current updates. Rolling up on 30,000 miles I don't really have any warm fuzzies about this issue. At least it is all in the history if it happens after 36,000.
