2019 RS - A/C stopped when the ambient temp failed?

I have a similar issue Carly reader is giving me a ambient temp sensor circuit code, and A/C is blowing hotter, and data shows AC PSI to be normal so I don’t think it’s a leak.
my temp sensor Is reading weird temps one was 39°c even though it was only 29°c.
I know A/C does rely on all temp sensors to determine output, and a common issue.
So I figured a cheap part it worth the risk before spending money to look at AC system.
