I think you mean you got it 65% tinted.
The percentage is the amount of light that is able to pass through it, and we can easily see in your windows.
If you had 35% it would be hard to see in because only 35% of the light is getting into your car.
Looks good though.

65% wouldnt hardly look like there was any tint on it.
That doesn't look like a lot of tint to me....
I think its 65, look through the windshield through the driver door, hardly any darkening at all.
look at the back window.

You are aware that tint looks darker from the outside than the inside correct?
Looking "through" the windshield to look outside from a tinted window doesn't judge the tint level whatsoever.
AreYaDumb? Ever sat in a car with heavily tinted windows and a non-tinted windshield? The windows are darker than the windshield.
Tint is the amount, or Percentage of light that passes through.
So, if you look through the Non-tinted windshield at a Tinted window, you can get an idea of how much light is passing through that tinted window. And seeing how there is very little change in the light coming through the passenger window, it means that that window is not heavily tinted. Thus, 65%.
It would be a waste of time and $ to tint 65% being that they come with 70% stock.
