6A Manual Mode

Has any one put there 1.8L Sonic Sedan in manual mode and let the computer control the up shifts and the down shifts?

I don't believe it would shift at all, mine smacks the rev limiter if I don't catch the upshift at 6k.

It doesn't auto up shift

Ok. Just thought I read that the computer would do that at a set rpm/range to prevent the driver from over revving the engine using the gear selector rocker switch.
