6t40 swap to 6t50

Hello I had a quick question maybe somebody in these forums would know. Would a 6t50 transaxle fit in a chevy sonic? I have a 2014 ltz chevy sonic, those hold more power and torque but didn't know if they would actually fit inside chevy sonic so does anybody have any thought and ideas on this topic??
