A tune adjustment in order to dial in while running 93octane

There is the E85 tune I think it's along the same lines, they tune for 87,89,91,93 within the tune itself. The 93 tune I'm certain would be specific, it was in the gammaII fb page a while ago.

No, it's used to be 91, but with the latest update you can use any octane. You can't buy 93 in a lot of places, so 91 was the baseline. I personally asked for a 93 tune when I ordered from BNR, and only received the standard 91 tune.
huh, when I got my tune they said the 2012's couldn't use their smart octane feature and that I should run 93 (which I was anyway)

When was this? I have a 2012. I don't plan on using anything less than 93, but it would be nice to know in some rare emergency.
this was back in early july when I first ordered my tune, I had asked for the smart octane feature in the comments, figuring it could be nice to have in case I needed to run a lower octane for whatever reason. I got an email shortly after ordering saying it wasn't available for the 2012's. This was all through bnr.

This is what I base my information off of, in regards to the old tune.
So they never actually said it was tuned for 91 or 93, they said both would work... To be fair I went back to look at my email, and in their response they only referred to it as premium, and never specified 91 or 93.
EDIT: Just for funzies, here's the email chain I got.

I think it's safe to assume that, given 2012 can't use the "smart octane" feature, and you are capable of running 91 octane, that the tune is for 91 octane.

91 is perfectly ok with the standard Trifeta tune.
Most of the west of the Rockies tops out at 91, including all three Pacific coast states.
I also believe many states west of the Mississippi top out at 91.
It has been almost a decade since I drove in the north east states, but my memory is many stations in that neck of the woods also topped out at 91. I suspect 91 is the standard for premium for more of the US population than 93.
I think Euro regular is around 90 but someone who knows for sure should post.

93 is premium here in SE Michigan. There are some areas of Michigan where 92 has been the highest offered as premium but overall I think of Michigan as a 93 = premium state.
My point was at least in the pre-elite etc. era Trifecta tuned for 91 as that was (and is) the highest octane fuel generally available.
