Hello all
I am having a problem with my 2012 Chevy Sonic. It is a four door, largest stock engine size (I forget the # of liters). The AC is fully charged and works fine (cold and hot) at all fan speeds during most weather. However, when it rains more than 5 minutes, the AC starts to get warm and humid. This ends up being dangerous as it causes the windows to fog up much more quickly. I turn the AC off at that point and usually crack the windows. Do you have any clue as to why this might happen? Someone suggested that perhaps a sensor or wire was getting wet which short circuited / turned off the compressor. Or perhaps water is getting into the AC duct. Please help!
Thanks!
