A/c is not cool enough

I own a 2014 Chevy sonic LT about 2 years ago my ac broke and started blowing hot air I took it and tried to recharge it but it was saying that it was already full and would not allow any more, the guy who was helping me said that it looked like the clutch was not engaging and that my ac compressor was probably on the way out. My boyfriend and I checked the fuses and everything was working there we ended up ordering an ac compressor and my bf and his dad put it in my themselves it worked amazing that night then stopped working again. Life just got busy and I made due without ac for another year, now I am about to have a baby so I just took it to a shop to be diagnosed and fixed they ran a couple tests to see if it was leaking or if there was an electrical problem and they ended up saying it had a bad clutch and the compressor needed replaced so they replaced it and did everything else you do while replacing it I guess a valve was also blocked and they replaced that as well. It is blowing cooler air but definitely not cold. It also seems like it will get cooler then go back warmer while I’m driving. I’m so frustrated as this is the 3rd ac compressor in the car and I still don’t have a solution. Anyone have any suggestions at what I should look at next thanks in advance!

I'm having the same issue. 2014 Sonic LT

No ac while idling but cools down when driving- I was told the Coolin fan was not operational.
The cooling fan motor high fan is working, but not the low fan.

part needed to replace: dorman 621-071

Now my car is overheating. Going to take it in
