Accidentally Unprogrammed

So I'm fixing up a 2016 Sonic LT and while testing out the automatic door lock and unlock I would close the door... lock... open the door... start the car... close the door... shift to drive... shift to park... lock... open the door... unlock... etc (randomly).

After doing this for about 5 minutes trying to recreate a weird occurance, both of my brand new key fob remotes stopped working. I was still able to start the car but the lock/unlock/alarm buttons on both wouldn't work.

I know most cars have weird sequences of locks and shifting and buttons to send the car into different "modes". But does anyone know where I can get a guide to fix this issue?

Try disconnecting the battery for an hour.

I disconnected the battery over night and still nothing. I think I literally reset all the programmed setting on the car. The key fobs don't work anymore and I just realized the tire sensors aren't linked to the car anymore either so my tire light is on. I'm wondering if there's a guide to make sure everything is set or if it's in some "maintenance mode" that I don't know about.
