Aftermarket Grill

I have been searching around and have come across some really nice grill replacements but can't seem to find a company who carrys them. I was just wondering if anyone has done a diy grill and replaced the cheap plastic for something a little more suited? Any links or pics would be great. Sorry if it's a repost, search on my phone is a pain in the ars.
