Are they the LTZ with Sunroof?
I hate stupid car salesmen.
I went up there and there were not 3 turbos, there were 2 n/a 1.8's. Both automatic, one sedan, one hatch.
I didn't both test driving one, but I did check out the hatch a bit. It looks pretty good in person, even with the smaller wheels. The interior looked nice, the gauges and controls looked good- but the dash and door plastics were very hard. They were textured to look like softer materials, but c'mon Chevy- the Hyundai I just test drove has nice soft interior plastics, surely you can do this too!! Hard plastics show scratches quickly and they wear & tear much faster than soft ones. They also are more likely to crack, and often start to rattle at the seams. I wonder if the LTZ dash is the same, I would assume so.
I would have liked to sample the leatherette seats, but neither had them.
Oh well, I guess I must wait longer...

The leatherette feels like fake leather..like a soft plastic..still prefer it over the cloth but I wish they used real leather seats but that would bring the price up for sure
That's what I figured. IMO a decent leatherette is better than ghetto cheap quality "genuine" leather. Crappy leather wears out fast.
In the LTZ do they accentuate the dash at all with softer plastics? Or is it the same textured hard plastic all over that is in the base model?

Get used to the hard plastic if you want a sonic. The dash on the LTZ is all "hard." It doesn't bother me, however.
