Anyone else get this recall notice?

Anyone else get an email from Onstar about a recall saying that "PARK BRAKE CABLE RETAINER CLIP MISSING"? The campaign number in the email was 2014733, the number on my.gm.com was N140733.

Got mine scheduled for next week. Dealer didn't even know about it. They say GM is supposed to send out the notice, not the local dealer.

The dealer is not responsible for notifying customers of recalls. The dealer is not part of GM, they are just the franchised seller and servicer of GM vehicles.

I got the notice yesterday, but I was at the dealer for an o/c and they informed me and fixed it. Took them about an hour.

I received mine yesterday and set an appointment for next week when I get my second oil change servicing. My Service Mgr stated that the clip noted is one that they keep in stock.

I got one. Mine is scheduled for next week along with an oil change.

I just had my car for an oil change.. they didn't check for recalls so they did not do anything.

Hope its not dangerous.

I had the dealer service Thursday and the clips in question were present.
