Hello, I'm new here and wanted some quick info, so sorry if this is posted in the wrong spot.
Some quick background, my girlfriend has a 2012 Chevy Sonic LTZ, and when she plays music in the car she uses her iPhone with no issues using a lightning to aux adapter. I have a Galaxy Note 20 on the other hand, so I have to use a usb-c to aux, but it doesn't seem to work in her car. I can play music in my Cruze no problem, and with any other device/system that uses aux, but for some reason it doesn't work in the Sonic and I'm not sure why.
At first I thought it was the adapter, because I had bought one from a small gas station and really didn't expect much. But then I got one from Walmart and still had the same issue. Has anyone else had this problem? My phone can connect to her bluetooth for music no problem, but I hear a major difference in how it sounds compared to when my girlfriend is playing music through her aux connection.
