Best Way To Increase The Sound Of The Turbo

So how can us turbo owners make the turbos sound a little more audible and more noticeable on our cars? I heard somebody mention that aftermarket intakes help. Is this the general experience on the forum? Are there any other reasonably inexpensive mods that make the turbo/turbo functions louder?

Cut out some of the plastic housing.

a zzp intake makes it SO much louder. I heard it in person the other day and couldn't believe how noisy the turbo was, even at slow speeds in the parking lot you can hear it spooling and the BPV.
