Bluetooth malfunction

Got a call today from the bluetooth today, problem is I never set it up for my phone. 2nd time this has happenned, was a 404 area code so it was long distance(I'm 847). Has this happened to anyone else?

Are you sure the person isnt just calling your OnStar phone #? If you didn't know, the OnStar has a phone # associated to it.
