Hello All..
For starters let me say that I do not own a chevy nor do I plan on buying one. Not that I don't like chevy's, cause I do. I own a 2014 focus and its good enough for me and what I do.
Onward to important matters. Im building a car. They are called "locost". Replicas of the 60's Lotus Super 7's. Most of you know them as "Caterham" also. British car company who builds amazing machines.
This is one of 3 being built of this design. The designer a good friend of mine who lives up north, myself, and another gentleman. They are called "Car9" if you hashtag #car9 on instagram you will see my post. Basically they are tube frame chassis, 2 seat roadster, front engine rear drive cars that are hand built by people like myself.
I was reading on my locostusa.com (site you can find my build thread on, same username). A gentleman found out the 1.4 ecotec bolts up to a 92 isuzu radeo 2.2 bellhousing and can be using with a T-5 mustang transmission.
This is where I need help from you gents. I need wiring diagrams for this engine and also will need help in the future for when I buy the engine, which are really cheap btw. Is there only one tuner for this engine setup? How hard are these engines to work on? Ill be doing a lot more then most of you as far as mods and such as it will be a race car not a everyday driver.
Thanks for any and all help and feel free to ask questions about the car. I started building the frame about 3 weeks ago. Ill be sure to update this thread with my progress.
