"Cheap" Vinyls?

I purchased a set of racing stripes made by Illusions, INC from AdvanceAuto for about $20 and was wondering what I could expect from them? I've never used vinyl before but I know how to prep the car and apply it. Just wondering if it will do anything to the paint or eventually crack after a few years? It says 3 year durability.

My plan is to do an offset single stripe from the bottom front bumper all the way to the bottom of the back bumper on the drivers side. Basically something like this (but on a sonic )

Well crap, glad I asked. Maybe I'll just do the hood and see what happens before I attempt to do the whole car...or maybe I'll return them... Where would I find high quality vinyl stripes and what would I expect to pay for them?

Any graphic shop, or vehicle wrap places should be able to do it. Price will probally be around $100
