Check engine light and engine bog..?

Hey fellas new to the forum and I have a 2014 1.4t lt hatch. Within the first couple of weeks I put a cai and cat back on it and I felt a little more pep and a lot more sound! But every so often especially when I get on it harder the check engine light will pop on and around 80-85 mph it looses power and starts to bog down! Wondering if other guys have had this issue and how I can resolve it?! Any input would be appreciated thanks a lot.
