Change your oil.
If it was changed recently the oil life monitor was never reset.

Yes, change your oil.

I post this because there seems to be a feeling that these cars do not need to have oil changes, and that idea is wrong. GM can tell if your oil has been changed and the cost is so little compared to the cost of a new engine, so:

Change Your Oil!

I third the above prognosis.
