Coilovers with front top hats and endlinks??

Do any coilovers come with top hats and sway bar endlinks for the front?

My recollection is none of the coilover providers have Top Hats.

I am pretty sure Pedders includes end links and I think some of the others may.

We have several members running with coilovers so I am surprised none have stepped forward with an answer.
