CORRECTION: Any LIers who bought at a NYAutogiant dealer?

I'm wondering if anybody else actually ever got the service coupon booklet in the mail. I've been pestering them for five months now and after being told numerous times they would send it they never did and now they say they're "not doing that anymore".

Not a real happy customer here.

(Sooner or later I'll get it up to 1000 miles for the checkup.)

That sounds annoying. I had a similar situation with my dealer; I remedied the issue by contacting the owner of the dealership. Good thing I used to ride motorcycles with him.

That's not cool at all. I recommend you contact the General Manager of the dealership also or ask if you can submit a complaint at the dealership about it. Maybe that will prompt them sending you your service coupon booklet.
